SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped via courier services DPD, UPS or FedEx.
-Products that are available online and in stock: 6 working days within the European Union and 8 working days outside of the European Union.
-Standard products available in the shop but not currently "in stock": up to 10 working days
-Customised products: up to 15 days counting from the day we receive a written "acceptance" of the modified design from the customer.
Payments are made by the popular PayPal (paypal.com), PayLane. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection. Credit card payments are handled by PayPal and our company does not have access to credit cards data or bank account information.
Returns or exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange the goods, but only if they are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, not bearing the signs of usage alongside intact packaging. The goods must be returned at the client’s own expense, within 14 days from the date of arrival and with the courier of client's choice (except the post). Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. The returned goods must be accompanied by all necessary documentation (return form). Please declare it as 'RETURNING GOODS' on your commercial invoice and keep your tracking number for your record. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Detailed information on returns can be found in the terms&conditions.
